Prices are per month for the address and mail handling. Mail scanning and live answering are optional add-ons.

How to choose a neighborhood

Downtown Los Angeles suits law, finance and government-facing work and anyone serving the whole county. Beverly Hills is the Westside address many consultants, media and real estate businesses ask for. West Los Angeles is central to the Westside and has meeting rooms you can book online. Santa Monica suits tech, design and beach-city businesses.

Within the City of Los Angeles the postal city on your address is "Los Angeles" even when the neighborhood is Downtown or West LA. Beverly Hills and Santa Monica are separate cities, so their names appear on the address.

What a Los Angeles business address is used for

Clients use their address on websites, invoices, business cards, bank and vendor accounts, and as the mailing address on business filings. It keeps a home address private and gives customers a real street address instead of a P.O. box. Before you use any address on a government filing, check that agency's current instructions.

What your plan includes

  • A real street address in an office building, with your own private mailbox (PMB) number. Not a P.O. box.
  • Every letter and package logged to your online account the day it arrives, with a photo of the envelope.
  • Per item, you choose: open and scan, forward, hold for pickup by appointment, or shred.
  • Several items can be forwarded together in one shipment, so you pay postage once.
  • Up to three extra people you authorize can pick up mail for you; each completes their own USPS Form 1583.
  • Month-to-month plans with no long-term contract.

Questions about a Los Angeles virtual office

Which Los Angeles addresses have meeting rooms?

Meeting rooms and day offices can be booked online, by appointment, at the Downtown Wilshire addresses and at 11150 West Olympic Boulevard, among others. They are not booked online at the two Beverly Hills addresses. Each address's page shows whether rooms can be booked there.

Can I switch to a different Los Angeles address later?

Plans are month to month, so you can start a plan at a new address and cancel the old one. Remember to update the address with your bank, customers and any agencies you filed it with, and complete a new USPS Form 1583 for the new address.

Can I use this address for my California LLC?

Many clients use it as their business mailing address. California's Statement of Information asks for a street address for the principal office (it says not to list a P.O. box), allows a separate mailing address, and needs a California street address for your agent for service of process. Whether a virtual office address fits a particular field depends on where your business is actually run, so read the Secretary of State's current instructions or ask your accountant or attorney before you file. A virtual office plan is a business address and mail service; it does not include registered agent service.

Do I have to fill out USPS Form 1583?

Yes. Federal postal rules require every person who receives mail at a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA) to complete PS Form 1583 and show a current primary and a secondary form of identification. Since May 2024 the signature has to be confirmed in person or over a live video call with the CMRA, or acknowledged before a notary. You complete it during sign-up, and each person you authorize to pick up mail completes their own.
