Two addresses on the Rittenhouse Square side of Center City: 1521 Locust Street, 4th Floor and 1435 Walnut Street, Suite 501. Use either as your business address and manage every piece of mail from your online account.
Prices are per month for the address and mail handling. Mail scanning and live answering are optional add-ons.
1521 Locust Street sits between 15th and 16th Streets, a few blocks east of the square, on the 4th floor of its building. 1435 Walnut Street is in the building known as the Drexel Building, Suite 501, on Walnut Street, the area's main shopping and office street. Both are in the 19102 ZIP code.
The neighborhood is one of Philadelphia's best-known addresses for professional services, boutique firms and consultants, which is why many businesses ask for it by name.
Every item that arrives for you is logged to your account with a photo of the envelope. From there you choose: open and scan it, forward it (several items can go in one shipment), hold it for pickup by appointment, or shred it. Nothing is opened unless you ask for a scan.
You see the full total before you pay. Starter scanning is $19/mo.
They are a few blocks east of the square in Center City's Rittenhouse area, not on the square itself. The postal addresses are 1521 Locust Street and 1435 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
No. When mail arrives, the envelope is photographed and logged to your account. The contents are scanned only when you ask, and scanned pages count toward your mail scanning plan.
A Pennsylvania registered office is a separate filing requirement. The Department of State says it must be an actual street address in Pennsylvania, or a Commercial Registered Office Provider you have a contract with, and that a post office box alone is not acceptable. A virtual office address is a mailing and business address service, not a registered office provider, so check the Department of State's current rules (or ask your attorney) before listing any address on a state filing.

Yes. Federal postal rules require every person who receives mail at a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA) to complete PS Form 1583 and show a current primary and a secondary form of identification. Since May 2024 the signature has to be confirmed in person or over a live video call with the CMRA, or acknowledged before a notary. You complete it during sign-up, and each person you authorize to pick up mail completes their own.
